-2012 STALLION AUCTION LISTINGS-

Ten percent of the proceeds for Stallion Services sold will be set-aside
in the Stallion Donor Account. Annually, the 10% will be held until the resulting
foal's 2 year old year. During the two year old year, an OAR sponsored race will
be designated as a Stallion Donor awards race. The race for 2015 will be
determined later. If any foal sired by a stallion that has his service sell in
the 2012 Stud Auction (or after the auction), for a 2012 breeding, places 1st,
2nd or 3rd in the 2015 designated race, a Stallion Donor award will be paid to
The owner of the stallion at the time of the breeding. Such awards will be paid
out on a basis of 50% for 1st, 30% for 2nd, and 20% for 3rd. This account is
interest bearing and such interest is retained in the account and is available
for awards. Any monies not awarded (due to non-donated sired horses finishing in
the top 3 of the designated race) will be carried over and added to the monies
available to be distributed in the following year.

Terms of the sale are cash payments in full, or 40% down at the time of sale
and balance paid 30% in 30 days and 30% in 60 days. Failure to pay in full at
the end of 60 days could result in forfeiture of the portion paid and the
service may be resold and not honored by the stallion owner.

The minimum bid shall be $300 unless a stallion owner sets it at a different
amount. Funds will be used as added money in Oklahoma races. On the purchase of
the Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Stallion Services, the breeding is for
Appaloosa mares only unless the stallion owner does not restrict it to
Appaloosas only.

If in the future, the track does not run a race that was designated for
Stallion Donor awards, the OAR Inc. Board of Directors will select another race
for such year to apply these conditions towards.

Stallion service buyers are to contact the stud farm about any EVA
requirements.

Any extra ApHC fees incurred by non-appaloosa stallion owners are to be paid
by the mare owner purchasing the service.
