If a payment is missed, that payment must be doubled to remain eligible.

Scratches in the finals will recieve last place money.
If more than one horse is scratched for the finals, extra remaining monies will be paid to the horses remaining in the finals.

Purse Distribution: Pays 10 monies - 30%, 20%, 12%, 10%, 8%, 6%, 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%

- Finalists shall be selected by taking the 10 fastest qualifying times, if for any reason a tie
   exists the horses involved shall draw lots to determine which shall participate in the finals.
- Trial heat purses provided by Will Rogers Downs not deducted from the total purse.
   Amounts for the trial heat purses will be listed in the tracks condition book.
- Entries must be made through entry box at the usual time of closing of entries.
- O.A.R. Inc. reserves the right to reschedule, move or cancel this race for any reason deemed
   good or sufficient.
- If the race is cancelled, 85% of nomination fees will be refunded to the payers.
- All monies handled by O.A.R. Inc. will be held in an interest bearing horseman's escrow
   account at Stroud National Bank, and 85% of the interest earnings allocated to this futurity
   will be added to the horseman's purse.
