Mission Statement
- To organize members, disseminate information, and
create a representative majority voice for the OAR association.
- To offer attractive racing programs which maintain
the interest’s of current members while encouraging membership
growth.
- To continue its identity as a dominate racing
association among the Appaloosa racing community and within the ApHC.
- To advance the speed of Appaloosas by emphasizing
quality breeding, such that Appaloosas will effectively compete with the other
racing breeds.
