The annual stallion auction is very important to the OAR. Your participation helps secure larger payouts for the Appaloosa Futurities that are held. Please consider one of our stallion services for your breeding needs and help support the OAR.
The OAR stallion auction will run from December 15th through January 20th 2025, 7pm CST.
The OAR will be adding stallions to the auction through December 13th.

Note: This auction will use extended bidding as well as proxy bidding.
Extended bidding: If two people are bidding on the same stallion at closing time, the auction will extend in three minute increments until one stops bidding or 30 minutes have passed.
Proxy bidding: A proxy bid allows you to enter the maximum amount you’re willing to spend with the goal of winning the item at the lowest possible price. The system will bid for you, up to your maximum proxy bid amount, as additional bids are entered on the item.

Oklahoma Appaloosa Racing is sponsoring a Stallion Auction to benefit the 2025 Cricket Bars Futurity, the only all-Appaloosa futurity in America and the longest running – 58th edition! The auction will be conducted on 32auctions.com website and linked to the OAR website: https://www.oklahomaappaloosaracing.com. Stallion Owner Incentive $1000
The OAR has a Stallion Award of $1000 for the stallion owner who donates a breeding for the 2025 Auction when that stallion is the sire of the 2027 Cricket Bars Futurity winner! Every stallion donated will be featured on our website, Facebook, and flyers with stats, pictures, progeny and other accomplishments.
Our Stallion Auction is for the promotion of performance bred Appaloosas. We raise added money for the Cricket Bars Futurity. We continue to grow our footprint in support of Mixed breed racing in the state of Oklahoma.
